Sage 100cloud Manuals Online

$

Beginning with version 4.0 of Sage 100 the manuals and other documentation were moved inside of the program. To access these materials use the help menu and search for the item of interest.

Later versions of Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud now have the product manuals available both inside the product and online.

Sage moved their help system so that access help from within a newer version of Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud redirects the user to help files which are hosted online.

For example, online documentation for Sage 100cloud 2018 includes:

  • Release notes
  • Administrator and Technical Documentation
  • Checklists
  • User Guides
  • Getting Started Guide
  • Sage Payroll Services Getting Started Guide

Rather than search through the online support website you can use this direct link to view the associated product documentation for:

  • Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud 2018
  • Sage 100 2017
  • Sage 100 2016
  • Sage 100 2015
  • Sage 100 2014
  • Sage 100 2013

The Sage 100 2018 File Layout and Program Information detail is now available online. This information can be valuable when writing reports, designing data imports or just for obtaining a broader understanding of Sage’s structure.

The table and program structures are presently limited to Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud version 2018.

Prior releases of Sage 100 from version 4.x on have very similar table structures, except for Payroll and Job Cost which received complete revamps in 2018.

Check For Bad Dates (Vendor Code 9) In Sage 100 Files With This Free Utility

$
0
0

Sage has issued a new utility which can be helpful for uncovering pesky bad dates (Vendor Code 9) which can crop up unexpectedly in Sage 100 data tables.

As you may know, once your system finds a bad date it may stop processing further and prompt you with a Vendor Code 9 error message.

These bad dates may be tough to locate. Most people try to create a Crystal Report to read the data table and uncover the bad date(s) however even Crystal Reports may stop reading data unless you modify your SOTAMAS90 to allow for NULL Dates.

Now Sage has a new utility which will scan your data files searching for bad dates. It then creates a data file XXX (where XXX is your 3-character Sage 100 company code) XXX_CheckDate.txt in your \MAS90\HOME\Textout\

Once you locate the problem data file(s) you can then use the Data File Display and Maintenance to locate and fix the problem record(s).

Sage 100 Time & Billing Solutions Update

$
0
0

A question was recently asked about the status of Sage 100 Time and Billing and when might we see the next release. What follows is information shared by SWK Technologies about their progress with the Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud compatible version of Time and Billing as well as some changes to the existing Sage 100 Time and Billing Standard product.

You may recall that in February 2018 the developer SWK Technologies announced a renewed focus on updating their Sage 100 Time and Billing Professional to the latest Sage 100 release level.

SWK will refocus efforts on developing Time & Billing Professional in 2018, as well as additional solutions that deliver greater value to time entry, billing, and reporting functions. The relaunch of Time & Professional and Timekeeper, as well as the launch of new Time & Billing solutions, will be covered in greater detail at Meeting of the Minds 2018 hosted by 90 Minds in San Diego, California.

Since that time the development efforts have been ongoing and SWK Director of Product Management & Development Mark Janecek created this extensive update on where things stand with Time & Billing for Sage 100.

In response to customer feedback, SWK announced a renewed focus on our time and billing solutions and outlined our strategy for these products earlier this year. This renewed focus/strategy includes:

    • Time and Billing Professional – We are making an investment in Time and Billing Professional and actively moving it to the Sage 100 framework. The development team has been working on this project for the lion share of this calendar year and is making great progress. We are currently on track to have Time and Billing Professional on the Sage 100 framework in the first quarter of 2019. We recently brought in more development resources to keep to this project on track.

    • Timekeeper – Timekeeper is a Sage 100 framework module that integrates with Time and Billing Professional and Time and Billing Standard, it also integrates with Sage 100 A/R, Sales Order, Job Cost, and Payroll. We invested in updating Timekeeper to work with the new Sage 100 v2018 Payroll and Job Cost framework modules earlier this year. The solution can be run directly within Sage 100, from desktop workstations using Timekeeper Entry, or remotely in multiple configurations including a web client using a third-party add-on.

  • Time and Billing Intelligence – Time and Billing Intelligence (TBi) Is our newest addition to our Time and Billing Solutions portfolio. When building this solution, we focused on providing the in-depth reporting needs Time and Billing Professional/Standard customers had been requesting. This solution sits outside of Sage 100 and uses Microsoft SQL Server Express to crunch the data needed to generate the dashboards and data views. We also focused on ease of deployment – specifically, the installation process which includes wizards to setup MS SQL Server Express and establishes connectivity to Time and Billing Professional and Time and Billing Standard.

Simply stated, our strategy is to update these tools and add additional features to them so users can track the time with Timekeeper, bill the time with Time and Billing Professional, and analyze the time with Time and Billing Intelligence.

If you would like more details on our portfolio of products, or if you would like to see a short demonstration of Time and Billing Intelligence, we posted a recording of a recent webinar on our newly live website (www.timeandbillingsolutions.com). A direct link to the page with the recording is below:

Miss the Time and Billing Webinar – No Problemclick here to view

With our focus on Time and Billing Professional, we also announced that we would no longer update Time and Billing Standard past the currently available Sage 100 v2018 release. Customers running Time and Billing Standard with Sage 100 v2018 and earlier can continue using Time and Billing Standard; however to upgrade to Sage 100 v2019 (once released) and beyond customers will need to migrate to Time and Billing Professional. We have outlined a migration plan – any customer on active maintenance for Time and Billing Professional or Time and Billing Standard is entitled to the new Time and Billing Professional framework edition once released. Please note, we already have a migration tool to move customers from Time and Billing Standard to Time and Billing Professional (non-framework) for customers who wish to migrate now. Additionally, we are running a maintenance amnesty till the end of the month so clients can get back on maintenance easily.

Time and Billing Professional (non-framework) and Timekeeper are available for Sage 100 v2018 and earlier now. Time and Billing Intelligence will be available very soon. If you would like to discuss your prospects time and billing needs or would like more information on maintenance amnesty or our current Timekeeper promotion, please do reach to our dedicated Time and Billing Solutions sales executive Siria Kresser. You can reach out to Siria Kresser at siria.kresser@swktech.com or at 973-396-1741.

Based on SWK’s update it appears users of Sage 100 Time and Billing can expect an updated release in the first quarter of 2019.

How Do I Cancel or Modify My Sage 100cloud Subscription?

$
0
0

Is your company using Sage 100cloud and do you need to cancel or modify your subscription?

There is an easy way to accomplish this and it can all be done online at the Sage site.

How To Modify Your Sage 100cloud Subscription

You’ll need to be a contact listed on the Sage account and also provide your company’s Sage account number (look under Help – About).

Once you have that information you can:

  • Cancel your Sage 100cloud subscription
  • Modify your Sage 100cloud subscription
    • Note: To add licenses you’ll need to contact Sage sales directly 800-854-3415

Be sure to select “Partial Cancellation” if you only wish to make changes to the user count or modules.

Also, the terms of Sage’s End User License Agreement ( EULA ) govern whether you will be eligible for a refund. In most cases, you will only be able to make changes for a future subscription renewal as existing subscription fees are generally not refundable for the time period you originally selected.

How To Update Your Sage 100cloud Keys For Changes

Once you’ve made changes to your Sage 100cloud subscription the keys will be automatically changed by Sage. Your system will contact the Sage server on a regular basis to check for updates and changes as well as expired subscriptions.

Should you need to upgrade the keys sooner, such as if you purchase added modules or users, follow the procedure in this Sage 100cloud knowledgebase article:

To update license and subscription information in Sage 100 (2016, 2017,2018):

Use one of the following methods to open the System Configuration window:

  1. Log on using the Administrator account. In the Administrative Tools screen, click System Configuration.
  2. Select Library Master, Main, System Configuration
  3. Click the Registration tab.
  4. Click Update.
  5. Click Accept.

The system checks for and updates your product key so that your new license and/or subscription takes effect.

Crystal Compatibility and Sage 100

$
0
0

Have you recently started an upgrade from an earlier version of Sage 100 to Sage 100cloud or Sage 100 version 2018 and run into this Crystal Reporting error?

Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer

“Unable to cast COM object of type”
‘CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.ReportSourceClass’ to interface type
‘CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.ISCRReportSource’. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID ‘{98CDE168-C1BF-4179-BE4C-F2CFA7CB8398}’ Failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).

Here’s the reason that you are encountering the error and the way to fix it.

Example: Sage 100 or Sage 100cloud STANDARD upgrade from 2016 to 2018

  1. Install 2018 to SERVER
  2. Run 2018 workstation setup on a WORKSTATION which also has 2016 installed
  3. This breaks Crystal Printing on that 2018 workstation (at this point 2016 workstations can still print)
  4. To fix the 2018 printing, copy the Pvxwin32.exe.Config file from the 2018 SERVER “..\MAS90\Home” directory where Sage 100 2018 is installed, into the 2016 SERVER “..\MAS90\Home” directory of the previous version(s) where the error is experienced.
  5. The issue resolves for 2018 TEST WORKSTATION – BUT …
  6. However, because you copied the config files to the 2016 folder you break printing for 2016 LIVE WORKSTATIONS NOT YET UPGRADED WITH 2018 WKSETUP
  7. Unless those 2016 LIVE WORKSTATIONS (a) also install 2018 WKSETUP (or presumably you remove the Pvxwin32.exe.Config from above which breaks your 2018 workstation but lets 2016 without 2018 installed print ) AND you’ve moved the config described in (4) above.

Business Issue:

  • Generally not a big issue if you are doing an upgrade in one day because you can uninstall 2016 and install 2018 wksetup and everyone can print
  • The problem appears when a customer wants to test over the course of several days/weeks and wants to run 2016 and 2018 on the same workstation(s) in a production environment.
  • You can’t just give one person 2018 wksetup (and move the config to the 2016 folder) without doing the whole company or the fix above breaks the 2016 people who don’t have 2018 wksetup
  • While this may not seem like a huge issue it is problematic in large installs with 20+ user counts, shipping, receiving because of the time it takes to travel from workstation to workstation and debug minor issues,

Possible workaround on this would be:

  • Install 2018 for testing to a standalone workstation that is not used for any prior version
  • Test on this workstation that has no other Sage version(s)
  • When ready run wksetup on remaining workstations and remove prior Sage version

Revised April 23, 2018 – While we strive to keep the information on our site current, you should verify that the content below is applicable to your version of Sage 100cloud.

You may wish to use this link which is an Evernote document containing the most current version of the information below but formatted in a slightly more readable manner.

Please read these instructions through prior to beginning your upgrade testing. If you have any questions please let us know. These instructions are meant to cover the most frequently asked questions and there may be additional information we provide or we may advise that your upgrade is performed in a modified way.

Before starting your upgrade please consult with your IT Advisor or Sage Business Partner. In most cases you should have them assist you with the upgrade process.
Generally, you will want to break your upgrade down into stages and take time at each stage to review and test before deciding to perform a final upgrade.
OUR STANDARD SAGE 100CLOUD UPGRADE APPROACH IS FOUR STAGES
These four stages can occur over a period of time and are designed so you have adequate time to test each step of the upgrade.
  1. Configure and load new version
  2. Test convert and review
  3. Go-Live
  4. Post Go-Live
Legend:
  1. (Critical) – Very important – management, accounting, IT review
  2. (FYI) – management, accounting review
  3. (IT Dept) – IT department review
BEFORE EVERYONE LEAVES FOR THE NIGHT
  • Unless instructed otherwise, have all data entry updated
  • Do not have anyone logged into the system overnight (check Master Console before leaving for the day)
  • Disable any integrated solutions ( Sage Integration Server, Third-Party Integrations)
  • Make a full backup
BEFORE THE UPGRADE BEGINS
CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU START THE UPGRADE TESTING
  • (Critical) Ensure any 3rd party integrations are compatible with the version of Sage 100 being upgraded to
  • (Critical) Verify all servers and workstations meet or exceed minimum hardware and operating requirements established by Sage – https://goo.gl/Zh7AzP
  • (Critical) If you are using Sage 100 Payroll ensure that you are enrolled in a Payroll Subscription. Read more here – Sage Payroll FAQ Existing Customers.pdf
  • (Critical) Schedule any 3rd party assistance required (ie. Starship, Scanco, Scanforce, Sage CRM, Sage Intelligence)
    • We generally recommend having the 3rd parties perform their upgrades alongside our Sage 100 upgrade (additional fee to 3rd party may apply)
    • FRX is no longer supported by Microsoft. In most cases, it will work but we cannot guarantee it and before you create any time consuming or costly new reports we think you should consider migrating to a supported report writer such as Sage Intelligence, BizNet or FYISoft (fka RenovoFYI).
  • (FYI) About the timing of your go-live
    • Ensure your key people – including IT – will be in the office on go-live date as we need them to login to the network and test
    • IT resources should be available in case of questions. Generally, they do not have to be in the building so long as they are reachable within a reasonable time
    • Do NOT schedule a go-live for a date with other mission critical reporting or meetings due
  • (FYI) You may only upgrade to a version of Sage 100 to which you have a valid license. Ensure you are enrolled in a valid license with Sage.
  • (FYI) Read and agree to the Sage EULA – https://goo.gl/lBiSWK .
    • During the upgrade we will need to accept it on your behalf while installing the program.
    • If there is anything you disagree with please bring it to our attention immediately.
    • You agree that we are instructed to enter through and agree to the EULA on your behalf during the upgrade.
  • (FYI) If you are on Sage 100 perpetual licensing you may want to consider whether Sage 100c and a platform change to Advanced or Premium (SQL) is advisable
  • ( IT DEPT) Check the network location for the new version of Sage 100 and ensure you have adequate disk space.
    • A good rule of thumb is have at least 100 GB remaining after the installation of the new version. The goal is to have enough remaining after the upgrade that you are relatively assured of not running out of space mid-year.
  • (IT DEPT) If using Sage 100 Advanced or Premium ensure that you are using a DOMAIN Administrator equivalent account to run the service – https://goo.gl/hPNlkM
  • (IT DEPT) If the upgrade is to a new server, be sure you modify your backup procedure to include the new server folder (typically \Sage 100 (formerly Mas90) and all subfolders) as well as any additional Sage data (ie. Paperless Office).
  • (IT DEPT) Sage Users must have full rights to the \MAS90 and all sub-folders. If they do not they will receive a licensing related message and be prohibited from starting Sage.
    • You (or your IT department) are responsible for creating required Sage 100 shares and establishing permissions. If you encounter difficulties or have questions on how to create the noted permissions please contact your IT support as we do not advise on security or IT configurations as part of our upgrade.
  • (IT DEPT) Exclude the following folders and file extensions from anti-virus scanning on your server – DCL, DD, DDE, DDF, LIB, M4D, M4L, M4P, M4T, PRM, PVC, PVX, RPT, SOA, XEQ.
    • In our experience, Anti-Virus and Malware scanners are the most common culprits responsible for slow performance.
    • See the following Sage knowledge article for a complete list of file exclusions – https://goo.gl/7kB7X8
TESTING (BEFORE GOING LIVE)
  1. In most cases we have no issues with data conversion. It’s always good to double check your data as soon as possible. Don’t wait several weeks to do this because if you find a discrepancy it’s likely too late to restore from a backup.
  2. Ensure all users can
  3. Login to Sage 100
  4. Navigate freely through Sage 100
  5. Print from Sage 100
  6. Access customary
    1. Forms
    2. Reports
    3. Data imports
    4. Third-party integrations
THE NIGHT BEFORE GO-LIVE
  1. Ensure you have a full system backup – if your backup kicks off overnight you may need to start it earlier in the day so you have a good backup prior to final data conversions that happen in the evening.
    1. Instructions on what files to backup – https://goo.gl/L7QiBl
  2. Ensure that your key people will be in the office
    1. We need them to login with their network credentials to test
  3. Before leaving for the day, have everyone log completely out of Sage 100 – do not leave any open sessions in remote desktop/Citrix/Terminal Server (if applicable). Verify this by looking at the Sage 100 master console which should display no logins except your own.
  4. Have all transactions posted in all modules
  5. Print key reports from each company as applicable. You should agree these totals to the new version on the day you go live.
    1. General ledger trial balances
    2. Accounts payable aging (last page)
    3. Accounts receivable aging (last page)
    4. Inventory valuation report (last page)
    5. Open Sales Order report (last page)
    6. Open Purchase Order report (last page)
  6. Additional reports for other modules – PR, JC, WO, – as needed to agree to post-conversion data
GO LIVE
  1. Compare reports printed from prior step for accuracy. Generally you only need to compare totals unless there is a reason to suspect other inaccuracy.
  2. Test all functions again – imports, forms, reports, third-party integrations
  3. If there is an issue with data your goal is to catch is ASAP
COMMON ERROR MESSAGES
In most cases you will not experience any error messages. However, here is a list of common errors (and their causes) so that you can be familiar with them and if needed make the required correction.
  • Cannot open ACTIVATION key file / NO VALID ACTIVATION FOUND!!
Typically caused by one of the following:
    • You don’t have rights to \MAS90\HOME\LIB\KEYS on the where the Sage registration is stored
    • You are running on terminal server / citrix and need to copy the key into the local folder using these instructions – https://goo.gl/RNBl6S
  • UNLOCK REGION FAILURE (less common)
  • Speed seems slow or slower than prior Sage 100
    • Review and apply file exclusions for anti-virus and/or malware (this is almost always the cause) – https://goo.gl/7kB7X8
    • Ensure that remote users are only coming in via a remote solution such as RDP (Remote Desktop), Citrix, Terminal Server. Technically you can setup Sage 100 Advanced to run over a thin client but some tasks like printing will be unacceptably slow for remote users.
  • Message “Cannot connect to Sage Exchange Desktop” when attempting to either process credit card or add/retrieve credit card information from a customer account in Accounts Receivable. Beginning with Sage 100 v2017+ you must now install Sage Exchange Desktop 2.0 separately from workstation setup. This can be done from your \mas90\wksetup\autorun.exe (be sure to right-click and “run as administrator” to ensure you have proper user rights to install).

Sage 100 Slow After Microsoft Windows Update? Try This

$

0

Several users of Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud have reported Sage100 slowdowns shortly after applying a Microsoft Windows system update. This doesn’t appear to impact all users which may be due to not everyone applying Windows updates at the same pace.

The issue has been reported by several users on the Sage City community beginning in June 2017 and described as:

Updated a few machines to 1703 and had some issues with Sage100 2016 being laggy. Windows would take 5-10 seconds to close or open. I then rolled back to the previous build and all was fine again.

Until recently the primary way many users dealt with this slowdown was to roll back the Windows update. Users report that there is a 10-day window within which to revert to the prior Windows version.

Now another potential solution has appeared and several users say this has helped to speed up their workstation running Sage 100 or Sage 100 cloud.

From the website Tenforums:

…here is how to fix it:

1, Hit start menu and type “Defender”, it should bring up “Windows Defender settings” entry, so open it.

2, Another juicy part – if you use another AV software, like for example in my case – ESET, then you would naturally assume everything Defender related is disabled, and you would be wrong. If you use Defender, you will be brought to the Windows Defender Security Center straight away, but if you don’t, you will end up on a Settings page saying that Windows Defender is not available because it’s turned off. Click “Turn on Windows Defender Antivirus” – don’t worry, your AV software will disable it again straight away.

3, Once you are in Windows Defender Security Center, Click App & browser control button

4, Scroll all the way down, to Exploit protection, and click Exploit protection settings text

5, Once on Exploit protection page, set Control flow guard (CFG) to OFF.

6, It will prompt you to restart your PC

7, After the restart, enjoy your smooth Windows experience again

Although this may not work in every case – it’s worth trying to see if you can bring an impacted workstation back to full speed. One user on the Sage City forum reports that the Spring Creators Update (due April 2018) may cure this slow speed issue without the need to perform the fix noted above.

Sage has just notified us that their migration promotion which is available for any Sage 100 perpetual user active on maintenance will cease on September 30, 2018.

This promotion allows perpetual license holders to migrate their perpetual license to subscription (aka Sage 100cloud) for the same price as their perpetual renewal.

Once migrated, Sage indicates that future price increase will adhere to limitations as set forth in their EULA which is presently no more than 10% per year.

If you are using Sage 100 under a perpetual license we recommend migrating prior to the expiration of this offer. Please note that the migration fee only covers your regular Sage maintenance and any add-ons such as Sage Payroll, or third party enhancements are in addition to your Sage 100cloud subscription.

Error 13 PR_ConvertToFramework When Upgrading Sage 100cloud Payroll 2018 / 2.0

$
0
0

We’ve seen several reports from users upgrade Sage 100cloud payroll to 2018 from an earlier version.

The error message reportedly occurs upon the second re-migration / conversion. Typically users will migrate and convert data once to test and configure. Then when ready to go live the data files are remigrated and converted.

It is during this remigration that the following error appears:

Error 13 PR_ConvertToFramework

Although Sage has yet to list the issue in their knowledgeable, the workaround appears to be:

Copy the PRX.SOA ( Payroll Miscellaneous Tax Rate File ) from the PREVIOUS (old) version of Sage 100 into the new Sage 100cloud 2018 PR folder.

This will reportedly allow the second migration to continue without error.

The following files contain the Payroll Tax Tables; they are stored in the ..\Mas90\PR\ folder ( Note: You only need to copy the PRX.SOA):

PRU – P/R Tax Table Master File
PRW – P/R Special Tax Calculation Master File
PRV – P/R Filing Status Master File
PR_09 – P/R Special Tax Calculation Tables
PRX – P/R Miscellaneous Tax Rate File
Note: All files listed above will have a .soa file extension (ex. PRU.soa)

As always, make backups of your data before changing any files. Please consult your Sage partners prior to making changes.

How To Integrate PunchOut With Sage 100

$
0
0

What is PunchOut?

PunchOut is a method for a corporate purchasing agent to buy from a supplier’s website from within the buyer’s own procurement application.

A PunchOut website is a standard e-commerce website with the special ability to communicate directly with a procurement system through cXML (an industry standard protocol used in many applications) and return a pending purchase order back to the buyer so they don’t need to enter product information in the procurement system.

PunchOut allows a user to shop a supplier’s catalogs based on the items and pricing that have been negotiated with the supplier.

A user punches out to the supplier’s website, selects from the list of available items to build a shopping cart and then checks out. Upon checkout, the selected items will populate a requisition which is then submitted for approval within the procurement application.

Who Provides PunchOut Integration To Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud?

Once the approval is complete and a purchase order is created it will be sent electronically to the vendor to complete the transaction and ship the items.

On the vendor side, companies like CIMcloud by Website Pipeline use this technology to let their e-commerce customers provide individualized catalogs for their B2B customers.

The orders placed in the catalog can flow into the CIMcloud customer’s Sage 100 system, while also being passed to the buyer’s procurement system for approval, payment, etc.

On the buyer side, purchasing agents can shop the catalogs right from a Sage-integrated procurement solution such as Paramount WorkPlace. They have access to all up-to-date pricing and product information from the vendor’s e-commerce site, including their approved products and negotiated pricing. It streamlines the procurement process and ensures that all parties are in agreement on purchasing terms.

Who Uses PunchOut?

Traditionally PunchOut vendors have been larger national suppliers for items such as office supplies and healthcare related as these are industries where pricing and products can change frequently.

Some PunchOut Partner Vendors Include:

  • Amazon
  • Dell
  • Staples
  • Burke Supply
  • Evos Office Products
  • Fisher Scientific
  • HD Supply
  • Office Depot
  • PC Connection
  • Office Max
  • McKesson
  • CDW
  • Cardinal Health

However, as more suppliers and customers recognize the benefits of PunchOut the popularity and availability of PunchOut have grown significantly.

The benefits of PunchOut for customers/buyers include:

  • Catalog Maintenance Eliminated: PunchOut eliminates the need for your buyers to update and maintain in-house catalogs: your vendors take on the responsibility of maintaining catalog product data
  • Faster, More Accurate Requisitioning: Users access a vendor’s catalog with a single click and requisition fields are automatically populated after shopping, speeding requisition entry and reducing errors
  • Catalog Is Always Current: Vendor updates to pricing and on-hand inventory are immediately visible, and requisitioners have access to current pricing and catalog information

The benefits of PunchOut for suppliers include:

  • Customer Satisfaction due to:
    • The quick and easy ordering process
    •  Shorter delivery times
    • Up to date items and pricing
  • Customer Retention because:
    • Easy to do business
    • Order accuracy
    • Faster payment due to the accuracy of the PO and electronic submission of information
    • Visibility to the ordering process that can facilitate additional selling opportunities to your customers.

There is a great business case for customers and suppliers of all sizes to recognize the benefits of PunchOut. It can truly be a win-win situation for all parties with a reasonable and affordable effort based on the value that you will receive.

For more information on using Punchout to order from your suppliers – see Paramount Workplace
